Assist People Service Coordinators with core HR processes, including recruiting, onboarding, and data management.
Maintain and update the HR knowledge database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Partner with HRIS to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Provide administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, learning, and performance management.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay aligned with HR best practices.
Requirements
1+ years of Human Resource experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
Experience with Workday is a plus.
Familiarity with union environments, accounting, analytics, audit, governance, or HR benefits is advantageous.
