Partner with internal teams to obtain resources, drive improvements, and remove obstacles.

Manage budgets, forecast performance, and develop operational SOPs.
Event Management
Plan and execute events with skill — including vendor coordination, timelines, setup, and day-of execution.
Requirements
High school diploma or higher.
Minimum 4 years of multi-store retail leadership experience.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 50–75%.
Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
Experience with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.
Ability to manage shifting priorities with strong time management.
Outgoing, positive, and professional presence with a firm but respectful leadership style.
Flexible schedule to support business needs across multiple markets.
