Ideal candidates come from companies like:
Walmart, Target, Costco, The Home Depot, Amazon, Lowe’s, Walgreens, CVS Health, Albertsons, Kroger, etc.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI reasoning for merchandising, assortment, supply planning, replenishment
Validate retail datasets (inventory, demand forecasting, SKU performance, pricing logic)
Assess AI accuracy on store ops, customer experience, category performance, e-commerce
Provide detailed domain insights to improve reliability of retail-focused AI models
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, Analytics
7+ years in retail merchandising, supply chain, category management, e-commerce, or forecasting
Strong command of retail KPIs: in-stock %, sell-through, turns, gross margin, shrink, demand planning
Experience with Manhattan, JDA, SAP, Oracle RMS, or similar retail systems preferred
Familiarity with AI/LLM review/evaluation is a plus

Evaluate AI-generated underwriting, claims, and actuarial reasoning
Annotate datasets for policy review, risk evaluation, product design, and pricing logic
Validate AI accuracy on insurance workflows across P&C, Health, Life, and Specialty lines
Provide domain-level corrections to improve model safety, reasoning, and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Insurance, Risk, Business, Finance, or related
7+ years in insurance underwriting, claims processing, product development, actuarial work, or risk
Hands-on understanding of loss ratios, exposure models, premiums, reserves, policy lifecycle
Experience with Guidewire, Duck Creek, Applied Epic, or similar platforms is a plus
Familiarity with AI evaluation is preferred but not required
