Requirements
Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting.
Proven experience in Hiring and Account Management.
Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and team members.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Previous experience in sales-focused or recruitment roles preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous.
