1. Account & Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key enterprise accounts in the US market.
Build strong client relationships by understanding business needs and aligning relevant IT services.
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue expansion.
Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively address issues, risks, and escalations.
2. Staff Augmentation & IT Outsourcing
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to fulfill client resource requirements on time.
Oversee deployment, onboarding, and performance tracking of IT resources across client engagements.
Optimize staffing strategies to maximize client satisfaction and internal efficiency.
3. Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Identify and pursue cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across IT services, digital engineering, and cloud/data solutions.
Work with sales, delivery, and presales teams to create customized proposals, solutions, and presentations.
4. Operational & Strategic Involvement
Participate in contract negotiations, renewals, rate discussions, and commercial reviews.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to strengthen account strategy.
Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, resource deployment, risks, and revenue forecasts.
Ensure governance, SLA adherence, and delivery excellence across accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
12–20 years of experience in IT Services Account Management, Client Partner roles, or Business Development.
Proven expertise in resource deployment, IT staffing, and staff augmentation models.
Strong understanding of IT services, digital transformation, cloud, data, and software engineering delivery models.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel within the US as needed.
Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
