About Job

Own and execute the enterprise finance transformation roadmap across ERP, EPM/PPM, and related financial applications Lead system implementations and enhancements supporting global close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, and workforce planning Establish post-launch stabilization, governance, and enhancement frameworks to ensure system performance and adoption Define and maintain finance data governance, including master data definitions, hierarchies, rules, and controls Partner closely with senior Finance and IT leaders to align technology capabilities with business strategy Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across finance operations Support growth initiatives including acquisitions, divestitures, and new entity setup from a finance systems perspective Oversee vendor and systems integrator relationships, including delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with significant ownership of finance systems and transformation initiatives
Deep experience leading large-scale ERP and EPM implementations in complex, global environments
Strong background supporting manufacturing, operations, and supply chain–driven businesses
Demonstrated success building governance models, operating frameworks, and scalable finance systems
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence across Finance, IT, and Operations
Results-oriented leader comfortable operating in high-visibility, high-change environments
