Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
10+ years of experience with central heating/cooling plants and CHP systems
Strong hands‑on knowledge of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, hydronics, steam systems, turbines, and distribution networks
Proven experience performing heat balance, hydraulic analysis, and plant performance modeling
Ability to design sequences of operation for central plants and CHP systems
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong communication skills and ability to present to all organizational levels
