Build and refine React and React Native features that drive growth and user delight.

Help design rails for AI coding agents to autonomously create new functionality.
Influence key technical and product decisions - you’ll be in the room for all of them.
Who You Are
2+ years of software engineering experience (ideally in startups or as a founder).
Deep TypeScript expertise - you care about functional programming and strong typing.
Skilled with React; React Native experience is a bonus.
You’re pragmatic, product-minded, and care deeply about user experience.
You thrive in autonomous, fast-moving environments and like solving real customer problems.
The Setup
Fully remote, aligned to Eastern Time (US) hours.
Salary: $160K-$180K USD, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
