Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership in marketing and communications, including executive-level experience; nonprofit, purpose-driven, or social impact sector experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in brand building, marketing strategy, reputation management, and communications transformation.
Experience leading multi-functional teams and managing significant budgets.
Strong executive presence, with credibility in engaging senior leadership, board members, funders, and media.
Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, audience engagement, storytelling, and data-driven campaign optimization.
Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution.
Strong crisis communication skills and proven success operating in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
Ability to travel occasionally (10–15% of the time).
