Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts.
Build influential relationships with multiple contacts with key clients.
Build and maintain a strong working relationship with internal ownership, Operations, and support teams.
Participate and initiate customer visits, quarterly QBR’s and be a conduit for escalations and issues resolution.
Be knowledgeable of competitors and industry trends.
Develop goals, policies and procedures for the sales organization.
Develop KPI’s for sales targets within the sales organization.

Requirements
BA, BS, degree preferred and or higher degree of education
10 + Years experience in the 3PL & Contract Logistics, and ecommerce industry’s.
Proven solution oriented and consultative sales approach
The ideal candidate will have an established book of business that align with the organizations industry vertical focus including, but not limited to: retail, skin care, beauty product, apparel, and dry food, etc.
Deep experience with solutions-based sales,. Passionate about success and owning the customer experience from the beginning through contract execution.
