RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, plan & execute weekly social calendar across all organic social channels - including support for new launches & velvetcaviar.com promotions that align with the brand’s seasonal objectives Execute content planning and creation for social (briefing global studio, outsourcing to freelancers, sourcing UGC, copywriting) Publish daily content on social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc) Assist the Creative Director on set with social shoots and set preparation Lead team meetings for bi-weekly social media content strategy brainstorms Manage the community management team to build and nurture the social community Create short-form, of-the-moment content for Instagram, TikTok, and Social Ads Provide on-site social coverage at events (e.g. brand and press events, etc) Create and manage paid social campaigns to amplify brand new product drops (2-3x month) Lead brand partnerships for social media giveaways (1x month) and email subscriber acquisition Create briefs for creator content and ad hoc product promotions Report on monthly social media performance and analysis Administrate monthly budget tracking and invoice submissions Deliver social media guidelines and best practices Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of social media and/or influencer relations/strategy experience 1+ years of iPhone photography/videography experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant major Deep understanding of social channels, tactics, and paid social media tactics Strong communication and copywriting skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines Portfolio of Photos or Videos produced for social media Experience in sustaining product interest through creative tactics Team player who is excited for an opportunity to learn and thrive within a fast-growing company Experience with analytics and measurement evaluation being able to turn evaluation into plan optimization Extremely proficient in Google Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Monday, and social/ influencer tools Detailed, organized, and analytical skillset Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently Strong ability to develop and build cooperative working relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization PERKS and BENEFITS: A key player at a quickly growing brand Competitive salary with bonuses PTO Days + Paid Holidays Off Premium Health Insurance offered Fun office in the heart of Brooklyn Only 2 days in office per week Velvet Caviar is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

4+ years of social media and/or influencer relations/strategy experience
1+ years of iPhone photography/videography experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant major
Deep understanding of social channels, tactics, and paid social media tactics
Strong communication and copywriting skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight timelines
Portfolio of Photos or Videos produced for social media
Experience in sustaining product interest through creative tactics
Team player who is excited for an opportunity to learn and thrive within a fast-growing company
Experience with analytics and measurement evaluation being able to turn evaluation into plan optimization
Extremely proficient in Google Suite, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Monday, and social/ influencer tools
Detailed, organized, and analytical skillset
Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward with goals independently
Strong ability to develop and build cooperative working relationships and collaborate with all levels of the organization
