Requirements
Professional Software Engineer - Typically 2–5 years of experience building production software, with a strong emphasis on frontend or full-stack development.
Backend Engineering Proficiency - Experience with at least one backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or similar) and building or consuming APIs.
Exposure to AI or Agentic Systems - Familiarity with integrating AI-powered services, automation, or agent-like workflows, or strong interest in learning and applying these patterns.
Systems and Data Mindset - Understanding of how data flows through services and how design decisions affect performance, reliability, and user experience.
Collaborative and Feedback-Oriented - Comfortable working across a team, incorporating feedback, and iterating toward better technical and product outcomes.
