Requirements
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong backend focus.
Deep expertise in Go and/or Rust, with production experience building high-performance distributed systems.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript for backend service integration and tooling.
Experience designing and deploying secure, high-throughput APIs and microservices.
Expertise in distributed systems, concurrency, and performance optimization.
Comfortable mentoring engineers and making architectural decisions with long-term impact.
Strong bias for engineering excellence, testing, and maintainability.
Passion for crypto and blockchain, with experience in the space.
