Requirements

8+ years of experience designing SaaS products, ideally B2B, enterprise, or admin-facing tools
Strong fundamentals in UX, UI, and interaction design (table stakes for this role)
Experience designing data-heavy, workflow-driven systems
Strong product sense, with the ability to understand customer, technical, and business tradeoffs
An ownership mindset, with a track record of independently driving work end to end
Comfort operating in ambiguous, complex problem spaces where clarity emerges through collaboration
Ability to connect design decisions to business outcomes and long-term product strategy
Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate direction, rationale, and tradeoffs with cross-functional partners and leadership
