Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and strategic alignment. Requirements

10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare agency environments, including client and brand account management.
5+ years of experience managing multiple accounts and leading teams.
Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting at strategic levels.
Demonstrated ability in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement.
Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to translate data and insights into actionable plans and measurable business outcomes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced degrees and managed markets experience preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
