Assisting our Onboarding/Early Talent Specialist in planning and execution of events such as Intern Kickoff, National Intern Day, and internship program in general
Researching best practices and benchmarks to help increase interns as a pipeline of talent
Providing an excellent experience for our candidates
Suggesting process improvements to help us be better
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on details and results
