Partner closely with other Vice Presidents and Partners to grow existing client accounts and originate new business
Lead and advise senior clients, leveraging healthcare subject-matter expertise, primary research, data analysis, and institutional knowledge
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and market positioning
Ensure delivery of high-quality, impactful project outcomes
Build, motivate, and mentor consulting teams; serve as a role model and coach
Support consultants’ personal and professional development
Manage project and practice-level profitability
Balance multiple priorities including business development, client management, team leadership, and firm initiatives
Requirements
7–10 years of consulting experience at a top-tier healthcare or life sciences consulting firm
Demonstrated success in strategy consulting, including business development and account growth
Established professional network within the pharmaceutical sector
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience building, leading, and developing high-performing consulting teams
Ability to think creatively and at a “big picture” level while maintaining attention to detail
