Manage, maintain, and develop strong relationships with financial advisors by earning trust and collaborating to build alternative investments portfolios for their clients.
Fundraise substantial capital across private markets in partnership with advisors by acquiring new assets from both existing clients and new client acquisition.
Work closely with advisors’ salesforces to capture their engagement and align them with BlueCrown’s investment strategies and sales programs, driving the growth of alternative investments in their territory.
Capture the hearts and minds of financial advisors’ sales teams using training, tools, and incentives to promote our investment funds sales over competitor products.
Review and evaluate deals with analysts and the investment team to support informed decisions.
Strictly adhere to regulatory guidelines and participate in SEC-mandated fund requirements.
Develop a prospecting strategy for all customers in the respective region and market, including researching the customer base, using market data effectively, outbound calling campaigns, email campaigns, and in-person territory meetings.
Create new business development opportunities such as partnerships, identify and drive revenue-generating initiatives, and expand market presence across banking.
Oversee marketing initiatives, including creating marketing collateral and collaborating with management to develop and implement new strategies.
Lead and oversee all investor relations activities, including communication, investor engagement, regulatory compliance, and submission of reports.
Requirements
6+ years of alternative investment experience across private banks.
FINRA Series 7 & (63 or 66) licenses required.
Consultative selling experience in business transformation solutions and developing channel growth strategies for business customers. In your experience, you’ve balanced delivering on short-term goals while creating sustainable value for clients and partners.
Proven sales track record and managing a $100M+ portfolio business.
Experience building, leading, and leveraging valued interactions and relationships with executive decision-makers, and working across the organization to get the right things done.
Experienced with CRM management (e.g., Salesforce).

Perks and Benefits
The base pay for this role is $130,000 – $200,000, determined within this range. BlueCrown operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within the role.
