Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or adjacent field required from an accredited, not-for-profit college or university.
10+ years of experience leading large-scale software development and integration initiatives, ideally in a high-growth or acquisitive environment.
Proven track record of successfully integrating technology platforms and teams post-acquisition.
Project leadership on large, multi-team, multi-discipline software products.
Experience managing and coaching managers and senior engineers.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams while thriving in a fast-paced, growth tech environment.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build strong internal relationships and manage key stakeholders, including at the CEO level.
Excellent team building, negotiation, and consensus-building abilities.
Strong sense of ownership and a track record of successful software delivery.
